14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you are not completely satisfied with Image to Text, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This is your first refund request for our service
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Partial refunds for unused time are not provided for cancellations made after the 14-day guarantee period
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated subscription and refund requests)
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
